Responsibilities

General

  • Working hours: 7:30 Am – 4:30 PM

Operations

  • Scheduling of music lessons using Veracross – Review and revise the instrumental music schedule to ensure information is current
  • Comply daily schedule for the Music Monitors and act as translator when necessary
  • Order department resources as requested by HOD, e.g. examination books, equipment, etc.
  • Assist HOD in preparation for external music exams
  • Manage the office ensuring supplies are present
  • Help run the semester Recitals with bookings, design, and student management

Systems

  • Update Veracross and related IT systems to implement the daily operations of the Instrumental music scheduling
  • Collating student records from Veracross attendance register
  • Preparing music coaches’ monthly salary records from Veracross attendance register for HOD approval

Communication

  • Manage daily emails from parents and outside organizations and respond promptly and effectively
  • Communicate instrumental teacher absence to parent, student and homeroom (Pre-planned)
  • Check student absence and inform instrumental teacher
  • Coordinate the bus schedule/activities students with MONTRI transports for the “late” 3:45 PM & 4:45 PM dismissal
  • Liaise with all staff in case of any changes in arrangements to the normal daily program & advice parents, students, staff & MONTRI accordingly

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor Degree in Administration or related filed
  • Excellent command of English in listening, speaking and writing
  • Solution oriented and willingness to take initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to deal with students, parents and concerned staff
  • Relevant experience working in a customer service oriented/environment
  • Good interpersonal skills working with a wife range of IT packages, including Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Veracross system/database management
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects
  • Service minded
